Polynucleotides represent a new generation of biostimulants that not only hydrate and refresh the skin, but also stimulate its deep regeneration. Polynucleotides are suitable for all skin types and all age groups – they are especially recommended for people between the ages of 30 and 55 who want a natural approach to rejuvenation.

It is necessary to thoroughly cleanse the face and remove makeup before the treatment.

Before the start of the treatment, the doctor will perform a detailed skin examination and, if necessary, apply anesthetic cream for a more comfortable experience during the application.

It is also recommended that you do not take blood-thinning medications (e.g. aspirin, ibuprofen, omega-3), as well as alcohol, for a few days before treatment, to reduce the risk of bruising.

After removing the anesthetic cream, the face is cleaned again and the application of the selected biostimulator can be started.

The application itself takes a short time – on average 15 to 30 minutes – depending on the region and type of preparation. Recovery is minimal, and most patients can return to daily activities immediately.

The treatment lasts about 20 to 30 minutes and is performed using very fine needles, which minimizes discomfort. An anesthetic cream is applied if necessary. The preparation is applied in a series of microinjections in a specific pattern, depending on the area and goal of the treatment.

Immediately after the treatment , mild redness, small dots or slight swelling may occur, which will subside within a few hours to a day or two at most. You can return to your daily activities immediately after the treatment .

For optimal results , a series of 3 to 4 treatments is recommended, spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart, with occasional “touch-up” treatments every 3 to 6 months.

Polynucleotide treatment is a minimally invasive aesthetic procedure with very short or almost no recovery time . Most clients return to their daily activities immediately after the procedure.

Possible reactions include:

• slight redness at the injection site

• mild swelling or tenderness

• small spots or bruises, especially in more sensitive skin

These reactions are mild, transient and expected , and usually disappear within 24 to 48 hours . If minor bruising occurs, it can be easily covered with makeup the next day.

Recommendations after treatment:

• avoid intense physical activity and sun exposure for at least 24 hours

• do not apply makeup for the first 12 hours

• do not touch or massage the treated area

• avoid saunas, solariums and swimming pools for 2–3 days

In the days following the treatment, the skin may appear tighter, and the true results become visible gradually – as regeneration begins from within , which is the key advantage of this treatment. After a series of treatments, the skin becomes more elastic, fuller, healthier-toned and visibly rejuvenated – in a natural way.

Among the more significant side effects, an allergic reaction to the product may occur, which is extremely rare since it is a natural ingredient.

In the hands of inexperienced, unprofessional doctors and insufficient knowledge of facial anatomy, necrosis of a part of the skin can occur. However, it is important to know that this side effect can be prevented by timely and rapid reaction, because it is a truly terminal stage preceded by many symptoms that you can recognize on your own. It is extremely rare throughout the world.
