Facial rejuvenation with your own blood

Your body carries within it the power to regenerate tissue on all parts of the skin. Stem cells do this daily throughout life.

Facial rejuvenation therapy using your own blood is a leading procedure that utilizes the healing power of platelets and growth factors in your blood.

In this way, stem cell responses are stimulated.

These stem cells help generate new collagen and blood vessels, repair and improve damaged skin, and slow down and reverse the signs of aging.

Description of the procedure

Facial rejuvenation therapy with your own blood is used to improve the appearance of the skin, reduce wrinkles, stimulate collagen production, and regenerate the skin and hair.

Key cells and proteins found in the blood are taken and re-injected into your skin, which enhances the regeneration of the skin and subcutaneous tissue.

The part of the blood that is used, and after which the method is named, is platelet-rich plasma.

In addition to platelets, the plasma contains growth factors and stem cells, which further stimulate the regeneration process.

Since your own blood is used in this treatment, no synthetic substances are introduced, and there is no possibility of side effects.

This procedure naturally stimulates regeneration and tissue recovery in the face, reducing wrinkles and improving skin texture.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a natural component of the skin. In aesthetic medicine, it has been used for more than 25 years as a skin supplement, with over 20 million treatments proving its effectiveness and safety. Hyaluronic acid binds water, which creates additional volume in the skin, promotes cell migration and proliferation, and hydrates and revitalizes the skin from within.

Platelet-rich plasma, which is extracted from blood, has been used in aesthetic surgery, orthopedics, and dentistry for more than 10 years.
Its advantage is that it increases collagen production, improves skin elasticity, color, and thickness.

It also stimulates the differentiation and proliferation of stem cells, activates angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels), and gives the skin a volumizing effect. Plasma contains important molecules such as blood proteins, hormones, and nutrients that aid in tissue regeneration.

Candidates

You are an ideal candidate for facial rejuvenation treatment with stem cells if you want to achieve one of the following results:

  • Smoothness, freshness, elasticity, and rejuvenation of the skin on the face, neck, and décolletage;
  • Improving the appearance of wrinkles around the eyes
  • Reduction of nasolabial wrinkles
  • Reduction of smile lines
  • Reduction of acne scars
  • Reducing wrinkles around the mouth
  • Skin rejuvenation on hands and other parts of the body
  • Stimulating hair growth on the scalp

PRP therapy is not recommended for individuals who have:

  • A medical condition that could be worsened by the use of injections (e.g., active infection)
  • Blood disorders
  • Unstable blood pressure
  • Malignant diseases
  • Anticoagulant therapy
  • Systemic corticosteroid therapy
  • Anemia
  • Pregnancy

Preparation

Since the treatment involves your own blood, it is important to pay attention to a few things before the procedure.

Do not take corticosteroids two to three weeks before the treatment.

Avoid taking Aspirin, Ibuprofen, and similar nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs one week before the treatment, and avoid blood-thinning medications five days before the treatment.

Drink plenty of fluids the day before the treatment.

Before the treatment, a specialist will draw 5 ml of your blood following a standard procedure.

After that, the doctor will use a special technique—a high-speed centrifuge—to separate the plasma from the other components of your blood.

Procedure progress

The treatment is performed quickly and simply.

It consists of drawing a small amount of venous blood, which is then centrifuged.

The resulting plasma is applied to your skin through small, gentle injections.

Results are visible immediately, while the full effect is expected in the following months as new collagen and elastin are produced.

During this period, the skin is revitalized, becomes softer, more elastic, and visibly rejuvenated.

For the best results, three treatments are recommended. The second treatment is performed 4–6 weeks after the first, and the third also 4–6 weeks after the previous one.

A follow-up is scheduled after 6 months and again after one year.

The effects of the treatment can last up to two years, depending on the individual.

Recovery

Immediately after the treatment, redness, swelling, and minimal pain may appear in the treated area, which usually disappears within a few hours and completely within a few days.

Most clients return to their usual activities right after the treatment.

Within a few weeks after the treatment, a general improvement in skin hydration, texture, and tone becomes visible.

After three to six weeks, the development of new collagen and blood vessels begins, and over the next three to six months, unwanted lines and wrinkles gradually disappear.

Precautions

Facial rejuvenation therapy using your own blood or stem cells is a simple and safe treatment.

Since the plasma is extracted from your own blood, there is no risk of disease transmission, allergies, or immune reactions.

The therapy is not applied in cases of blood disorders, unstable blood pressure, infection, malignant diseases, or systemic corticosteroid therapy. It is also not applied in cases of anemia and pregnancy.

Price

The package includes preparation, the treatment procedure itself, and, if necessary, a follow-up after 2 weeks.

One test tube yields 4 ml of preparation, which is sufficient for one treatment area – face, neck, hands, or décolletage.

Two test tubes yield 8 ml of preparation, which is enough for two areas, e.g., face + décolletage or décolletage + hands.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatment uses platelet-rich plasma from your own blood to stimulate skin regeneration, collagen production, and natural rejuvenation. It is often referred to as the “vampire facelift.”

How does the treatment work?

Plasma rich in growth factors is extracted from your blood using a special procedure, then applied to the skin with microneedles or injections. This stimulates cell renewal, healing, and skin rejuvenation from within.
