Eyebrows lift

Whether it’s men’s eyebrows (which are flatter) or women’s eyebrows (which are usually slightly arched), drooping eyebrows affect the overall appearance of our face, making it look tired and sad. That’s why more and more people want to rejuvenate and refresh this part of their face.

Candidates for eyebrow lift or forehead lift are people who:

The surgery is most often performed under local anesthesia, but if it is a more extensive procedure, it can also be performed under general anesthesia, which the doctor will consult with the anesthesiologist about before the surgery.

The incision is usually made from one ear to the other, slightly above the natural hairline. In cases of high foreheads, the incision may be along the hairline to reduce the distance between the eyebrows and the hairline. The soft tissue is carefully lifted up to the bridge of the nose. At this point, the forehead muscle can be relaxed or removed. The eyebrows are then symmetrically raised and excess skin is removed.

The duration of the operation is between one and two hours, and the procedure technique and the surgical approach itself are adapted to each patient.

After the surgery, plasters and, if necessary, a bandage will be applied. A week later, a check-up will be held at the Bagatin Polyclinic, when the remaining stitches will be removed.

During this period, it is necessary to avoid saunas, steam baths, sun exposure, sports activities, and abrasive products (such as hair dyes).

Only after complete recovery and your doctor’s approval, you can do additional corrections such as drawing eyebrows.

The package includes: surgery under local anesthesia, necessary medications (antibiotics, analgesics), check-ups and dressings in the first postoperative days, removal of stitches, and necessary check-ups up to 6 months after the procedure.

The package does not include: the first consultation with a doctor, blood tests, ECG, chest X-ray, or an examination by an internist, the cost of multiple overnight stays, costs prior to admission to the Bagatin Polyclinic, telephone costs, medications you will take at home, consultations with other specialists such as a specialist for diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, thyroid, allergy medicine, heart medicine, etc.
