Description of the procedure
HydraFacial is a non-invasive facial treatment that quickly and effectively deeply cleanses and rejuvenates the skin without requiring downtime. This gentle and soothing treatment provides long-term skin health and can be tailored to the specific needs of all skin types.
The HydraFacial facial treatment is performed using an applicator with patented Vortex technology and various tips. The innovative Vortex system uses painless vacuum suction to deeply extract impurities from pores while simultaneously hydrating the skin with revitalizing ingredients.
The spiral tips create a mild vortex that enables the three main steps of the treatment – gentle skin exfoliation, impurity removal and skin hydration, and surface regeneration with antioxidants and peptides for enhanced radiance.
For each step of the HydraFacial treatment, the medical cosmetologist uses a different disposable tip.
At Poliklinika Bagatin, the first step of every treatment is an individual facial analysis. Based on a detailed and thorough assessment of your skin’s needs, our medical cosmetologists will select the appropriate HydraFacial treatment and any additional serums, so-called boosters which are adapted to what your skin needs.
The main role of boosters is to further personalize your HydraFacial experience. They are rich in active ingredients with small molecules that can penetrate the deepest layers of the skin, delivering higher concentrations of active substances. For this reason, they are ideal for targeting specific skin concerns.
In cases of intensified hyperpigmentation, the Britenol booster provides the best results, while for the appearance of early signs of aging, the Derma Builder booster plays the main role, helping reduce wrinkles, smooth the skin, and improve its elasticity and texture.
Depending on the skin’s condition, red and blue LED light therapy is also used as part of the HydraFacial treatment. The energy emitted by the light is highly effective in stimulating elastin and collagen production, resulting in wrinkle reduction and toxin elimination from the skin. Red LED therapy is used for cell renewal, while blue LED therapy prevents the formation and spread of acne-causing bacteria.
For certain types of HydraFacial treatments, facial lymphatic drainage therapy is used as the first step. Its main function is to stimulate the elimination of harmful substances and toxins from the skin, improving circulation, strengthening skin tone and elasticity, and enhancing the absorption of nutrients from the products used during treatment. Using a special lymphatic drainage tip, the medical cosmetologist gently stimulates the lymphatic system, which improves the overall results of the HydraFacial treatment.
Behind the uniquely designed HydraFacial device, there is a transparent container where all impurities and dead skin cells from your face are collected during the treatment. At the end of the procedure, our medical cosmetologist will show you the contents of the container, further emphasizing the deep cleansing effect you’ve experienced.

This treatment leaves your skin visibly renewed, clean, and nourished. The DELUXE treatment includes all the key elements of the Signature treatment, with the added option to address specific skin concerns using HydraFacial boosters and LED light therapy.

Age Refinement HydraFacial treatment includes the addition of the Derma Builder booster enriched with peptides, which helps reduce wrinkles, smooth the skin, and improve its elasticity and texture.
Radiance HydraFacial treatment uses the Britenol booster to reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation caused by excessive sun exposure or hormonal imbalances.

PLATINUM HYDRAFACIAL (60min)
PLATINUM treatment is the most popular HydraFacial treatment worldwide, providing the full HydraFacial experience! The treatment begins with a detoxifying lymphatic drainage process, followed by the Signature treatment for deep cleansing and exfoliation, while simultaneously hydrating the skin with a special booster tailored to your skin’s needs. The premium PLATINUM treatment concludes with LED light therapy to further enhance the booster’s effects.

Preparation
Before the treatment, the medical cosmetologist cleanses the skin gently with HydraFacial cleansing products tailored to each skin type.
The PLATINUM HydraFacial treatment begins with lymphatic drainage therapy, during which the medical cosmetologist gently stimulates the lymphatic system, enhancing the overall treatment results.
Procedure progress
The first step of the treatment consists of cleansing and exfoliating the face, where gentle exfoliation and renewal reveal a fresh layer of skin. Exfoliation is the process of removing dead skin cells, leaving the skin smooth and radiant, and improving absorption of active ingredients from skincare products. The long-term result of exfoliation is increased collagen production.
The second step of the treatment consists of extraction and hydration, where impurities are painlessly vacuumed out from the deepest pores while the skin is simultaneously nourished with intensive soothing hydrating agents.
The final, third step of the treatment involves applying and protecting the skin with personalized serums that target specific skin concerns such as dehydration, increased hyperpigmentation, early signs of aging, and more.
At the end of the treatment, you will receive advice from our top experts on how to continue caring for your skin and how to achieve the best possible results in the shortest time now that you have started the treatments.
Recovery
The biggest advantage of the treatment is that there is no special recovery time. You can immediately resume your daily activities right after the procedure.
In very rare cases, the skin may be slightly red for up to 72 hours after the treatment if a booster containing an acid that promotes more effective exfoliation was used as part of the HydraFacial treatment.

Precautions
After the HydraFacial treatment, it is NOT recommended to:
- exfoliate the skin with glycolic acid or enzymes 48 hours before and after the treatment.
- go to the sauna for 24 hours after the treatment.
