Poliklinika Bagatin shows by practical example and proves that it is a socially responsible institution. We employ four deaf people and we are very proud that we have such good and skilled young people in our team. For all that we have invested in the education of deaf members of our team, as well as all the training that we are currently providing them in order to enable them to acquire more knowledge and skills, communicate better and be competitive in the labor market, they reciprocate with daily devotional effort and contribution in the business development of our polyclinic.
In cooperation with the Croatian association “Helping is always IN”, with our activities, we try to help the needy and especially the disabled. This non-profit association with its selfless work, tries to help individuals and the community and also to motivate citizens to join charitable projects, because Helping is always IN.
Our Polyclinic recognized the value of this initiative and supported its many humanitarian projects through which we helped the Croatian Deaf Basketball Team, Youth Club of the Croatian Verbotonal Association, as well as many individuals who needed our help to lead a dignified life. Furthermore, for a number of years we have organized and participated in parcel giving projects for children with developmental difficulties at the Polyclinic Suvag kindergarten and Centre for Upbringing and Education "Vinko Bek" in Zagreb. We want every child, regardless of their life circumstances, to have holidays filled with love and generosity. With these projects, we are happy to make a difference and spread the atmosphere of generosity that every child should feel.
We are also proud to donate to and help the association “ALL for HER” each year. This association helps women with breast cancer, their families and their friends. It functions as a voluntary, humanitarian, non-governmental and non-profit organization with the purpose to inform and provide psychological and logistic help to women with breast cancer and their families. The association has initiated and participated in a number of humanitarian activities with the aim to raise awareness of this awful disease. Our polyclinic has supported those activities financially and morally.
